What We Do

We host and cater wedding ceremonies & receptions on our farm, which is located about thirty minutes outside of Greensboro, NC. We can accommodate up to 150 guests on our property.
We provide the following for our wedding clients:
1. A simple planning process for the bride & groom. We believe a wedding should be fun and exciting to plan, not stressful.
2. A beautiful, natural environment. Our decorations are gardens, goats, and chickens!
3. Delicious, farm-fresh food at your reception. All of our food is made from ingredients sourced from our farms or other local farms.
4. A comfortable atmosphere in which you (and your guests!) can relax and truly enjoy your wedding.

Myia & Seth - May 20, 2012

A wonderful review from this sweet, sweet bride:
"I cannot tell you enough how thankful I am you were there that day! I could not get out of my own head and let others help me, but you took over and all was well. They decor was everything I hoped and envisioned. We had a wonderful time! It was perfect!"

Below are some gorgeous photographs of the wedding - the photographer was Elise Honn from the studio of Carisa Chee Photography. Thanks for sharing these, Elise and Cari!

Congratulations Myia & Seth!

From the Bride:
"Hi Mills,
I hope you guys are well. We finally got our pictures back and here are few of them. Looking through them made me cry all over again and made me so happy. It truly was the perfect day in every way and I've told everyone I know about GLD. Thank you again!"

Missy & Ray - 9.10.11

untitled (11 of 47)

Missy and Ray were married at Goat Lady Dairy on September 10, 2011. They had an afternoon ceremony followed by a multi-course brunch. This was the first time we had an afternoon wedding and it was fabulous! Missy and Ray were SO fun to work with - we are going to miss seeing them. They were the first couple that invited Nate and I to join them on their honeymoon!

The pictures were taken by Jessica Trotman, one of Goat Lady's favorite photographers. Thanks for sharing, Jessica!

Here is the incredibly sweet email we received from Missy the day after the wedding:

"Hi guys,
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
We will never be able to thank you or express how happy we were with EVERYTHING at the wedding.  Ray and I talked all evening about how great our day turned out.  Everyone loved the food, the atmosphere, and the lovely relaxed mood of the day. Kudos to your staff for being so friendly and helpful to all our guests.  You were able to exceed our expectations by far!  We knew the day was terrific when we never wanted to leave.  We were the first to arrive and last to drive away...and we wouldn't have it any other way.  There's not one single thing we would have changed for this entire experience.

We absolutely love you guys, please keep in touch!
Thank you for everything...we're off to the beach!

Missy & Ray"
